The company for the most part is a fun peaceful place to come and work. I would like to see more compensation being paid to employees who are doing tasks they aren`t normally supposed to do because we are understaffed.

The job itself is good as a whole, things typically are correct and working properly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being asked to do many more involved tasks with little to no training and not being compensated according to those tasks

I believe the base pay for my job in a lot of other companies is higher by a significant amount. Decent health insurance with my current pay is near impossible to pay for.
