I love sunrise banks, but there are areas we need to get better on, I feel like we have lost some our best employees yes, they are replaceable, but the skills and how they are as a person is not.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are consistent, and can be very nice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we all are close and we look at each other as friends we help each other grow and genuinely wish the best for each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with sunrise banks I really do love working here does it need a bit work yes, but not every company is perfect, but we are improving, but what makes me the happiest, and having mangers/ coworkers who truly want to see you succeed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work supper hard I was a lead teller, then I did get promoted to be a banker, but not even a week the leads were getting paid more than I am as a banker. Please tell me how that is fair. I didnt even become a banker not even a whole week.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are supportive. I feel like at sunrise the training is poor, or if they do have training is not the correct things. and when we speak up about it we get a bad reaction. I feel like I got no training from my direct manger, but who actually did the training was my co works.
