Direct communication instead of a facade of transparency obfuscated by double speak and non-answers. Expectations that everyone can understand and strive toward, instead of the idea that leadership shouldn't be held to commitments made. Decent tools focused on allowed producers to be eficient.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Expectations are unclear, lack of accountability across departments, and an attitude unwilling to openly discuss project specifics plague my daily work. There are a lot of people who may have been invaluable at one point, but there is a clear lack of continuing education as the industry persists.

Stop moving the goal post. Stop changing everything after you screwed it up, then put everyone at risk of be unemployed

Completely replace managers and directors with people who actually have experience working the jobs they're managing. Our leadership is SO OUT OF TOUCH that they don't believe or hear anything we say. It's shrugged off as complaining, but I hate waking up to work here now.
