The CEO knows every single person that works at this company.
They are always present when you need them

Employee ownership should mean that rank and file employees have more of a say in the direction of the company. The leadership team needs to align the clients it pursues with its claims regarding sound science and environmental sustainability.
1) Not voting to terminate employees with 30 years of tenure during chemotherapy; 2) Stop promoting AI without extra training about its dangers, and drawbacks.
Ensuring that project level employees have enough hours to remain full time since we can not work outside of the company
Consolidate and pay us more money
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The overtime opportunities are quite competitive

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
SWCA still pays below market opposed to others.
There doesn't seem to be a clear path to getting a promotion.

I feel salaries are lagging the actual economy, and do not seem right for my level of experience and responsibility. A raise of about 25% would do it.
I am not undervalued, but I do feel like I am being underpaid.
Rate of pay same after 2 years needs to increase

Our team is professional and approaches challenges with a positive attitude.

they are very knowledgeable and they're willing to share that knowledge
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I'd like to see more of our employees care about the quality of their work.
Participate more, show up to meetings, share knowledge, improve communication skills, mentor each other, be honest about work load.
They need to be more responsive.
Better communication and more teamwork consideration. Some tasks are left for me to do when it could have been done while my coworker was in office and I was remote.

I'm happy when I get to work on a project that feels like it is socially and environmentally beneficial.
The projects that I work on are fulfilling and serve to protect the human environment.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
stress! too much stress! We have demanding roles and i don't feel we get enough decompression time or support in managing our stress. I would like to see a companywide stress management plan and program.
There is not enough time allowed for training. The speed at which work must be done is currently unattainable for me at my current level.
The workload is overwhelming and at times unmanageable.

Its largely making sure full time employees have at least 40 hours and do not have to use pto to cover their hours to ensure 40.
