I appreciate the transparency & honesty
I really don't have an opinion.
You can tell they are about the Company and the employees
I like BJ's honesty and transparency.
They are a casual team
Not just reacting and then making excuses.
Be honest an transparent about policies like bonuses and insurance benefits. They were vague about policies for acquisitions through 2021-2022 and got burned. The theme of multiple town halls from 2021-2022 was clean up about employees feeling mislead.
Communication and contact with team members. Showing gratitude and appreciation would be nice from time to time.
Keeping compensation in line with productivity and output.
My favorite is the permissive PTO
the permissive time off benefit
Reasonable premiums with some employee options paid fully by employer.
medical insurance and pto policy
The overall package provides a benefit to meet the needs of the employee and family members in totality.
I would appreciate a salary that is more compatible within this industry
Two percent raise annually is difficult as it does not meet the rising cost of living that is continually rising. Overtime is not permitted leaving one with a fixed income.
We are a small team with a lot of work. My per hour just seems a bit low.
I have been here almost 2 yrs and have only gotten an increase a few months back when everyone did and have only had but good things said to me and good reviews.
I would like to be fairly and comparable to the rest of my co-workers.
I love my team & their willingness to assist when needed
We work well together when given assignments that require a team effort.
They are always there when you need them. Even if they are not sure, they will help you to find the answer. Always willing to help and they make you laugh at times.
We all seem to get along well.
We collaborate together really well and support and encourage each other. We also have a really good manager.
Ask when you are unsure of something. Don't wait to be told, be proactive, take ownership.
I just don't have much interaction with my coworkers.
Become more of team players, it seems everyone is more interested in shifting blame and attacking one another then accepting accountability and becoming a closer stronger team
It is hard for me to answer this is that so much has changed within the last six months with staff members at the leadership level and exactly what they are trying to implement. Still learning what that new culture looks like.
The most positive is that we are all striving for the best for Symplr and ourselves. The CEO transparent for us so we have an idea of where we are and how we are doing, what we need to work on and where we are going. We get some laughs at the monthly meetings and then it's down to business.
The culture is always promoted through out the organization and the environment is a friendly atomosphere.
I love the work at home policy and my team is awesome.
Show support for all other culture

I love the work I do & knowing you have a small part in helping the people that are taking care of others everyday
My manager is very positive in spite of growing concerns for our job. I enjoy the type of work I do.
When I can complete my tasks for the job each day and they have a positive outcome on the next process and there are no mistakes
I really enjoy working remotely.
The workload and interacting with the clients and ability to help them achieve their goals which feels great to me. Gives me a purpose daily
Better salary and better software that doesn't always go slow or freezes, etc.
The director does not do her job. She sits quiet when she should speak up to rightfully defend the team members. She chooses to write up people that shouldn't be when in reality the real troublesome employees get away with anything.
