Best group of people to work with/we work together, supportive manager. I do think unlimited PTO should be given back. If being abused, work with those people, don't punish everyone like children. Love working here, processes always improving and we have a voice, leadership always welcomes new ideas

We all work together to help each other and get what we need done. We all work together better than any company out there, we need to keep this group of employees to grow again. We are the best!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hired at one title, downgraded to another because I was needed to do something else, then joined another team where I'm doing work my managers from previous team did. Now given a bunch of work and many new accounts that are a mess to clean up and handle solely as mine with no promotion or increase
