What I like best about the leadership team is their transparency and willingness to engage with employees. They take the time to hold Q&A sessions, answer questions openly, and keep everyone informed.

What I like best about the leadership team is the clear direction and communication they provide. I feel like they do a good job keeping us employees informed on the company's goals and where we are headed while also creating an environment where employees feel supported and valued.

What I appreciate most about the leadership team is their support and openness to feedback. I feel like there are opportunities to share ideas, have honest conversations, and contribute beyond just my day-to-day responsibilities.

Better pay, better training for new hires (& ongoing trainings for employees), better resources for doing our work, better/quicker responses from management when we have questions or issues, better communication/connection with tech support (an actual phone # to call would be nice

Not just reacting and then making excuses.
Be honest an transparent about policies like bonuses and insurance benefits. They were vague about policies for acquisitions through 2021-2022 and got burned. The theme of multiple town halls from 2021-2022 was clean up about employees feeling mislead.
Communication and contact with team members. Showing gratitude and appreciation would be nice from time to time.
Keeping compensation in line with productivity and output.
The best part about my compensation package is the benefits. They provide valuable support and help give me peace of mind for myself and my family.

Hired at one title, downgraded to another because I was needed to do something else, then joined another team where I'm doing work my managers from previous team did. Now given a bunch of work and many new accounts that are a mess to clean up and handle solely as mine with no promotion or increase

The area we live in for the same position even at entry level the pay is more.

I would appreciate a salary that is more compatible within this industry
Two percent raise annually is difficult as it does not meet the rising cost of living that is continually rising. Overtime is not permitted leaving one with a fixed income.
Some people are very nice.

Our team's communication, support for one another, and willingness to help other teams are some of the best things about working together.

We all work together to help each other and get what we need done. We all work together better than any company out there, we need to keep this group of employees to grow again. We are the best!

Ask when you are unsure of something. Don't wait to be told, be proactive, take ownership.
I just don't have much interaction with my coworkers.
Become more of team players, it seems everyone is more interested in shifting blame and attacking one another then accepting accountability and becoming a closer stronger team
I don't know. I have no answer. There's really been NO team building or anything like that since I came onboard

What makes me most happy at work is the camaraderie within our team and the support we provide one another. I also find it rewarding to know that my work makes a positive impact in the healthcare field and helps ensure quality patient care.

Better salary and better software that doesn't always go slow or freezes, etc.
The director does not do her job. She sits quiet when she should speak up to rightfully defend the team members. She chooses to write up people that shouldn't be when in reality the real troublesome employees get away with anything.
