Used to be their transparency but it doesn't feel like that exists any longer
The organizational meetings and answering our questions.
Transparency around tough issues facing the company
Transparent and clear in communications of the change symplr is making.
They are involved and keep staff up to date
Focusing on making a solid product and customer experience instead of sales and cutting corners.
Be more authentic and less condescending. Sales are important but they aren't everything. Invest more in product!
Our 401K match is good for a company the size of symplr.
Having permissive PTO is awesome!
The flexible PTO has meant a lot; particularly with a sick parent the past couple years. Also good dental care and vision have saved me money that i needed. HSA is good but dont like the match was reduced.
i believe I am fairly compensated. I do not utilize the medical/prescription benefits from symplr as I'm insured through my spouse.
The fact that currently I still have my position.
I could leave and work for customer as app System Admin, not fixing issues, and making 10k more.
Industry standard for my role is higher and bonus structure is not great for my current position.
My team does not just support one software; we support 3 different versions of a software and 10 plus modules. There is alot of grey area as far as implementing and training for the customers that falls into our laps as well. This means we do our job and others. The majority of our customer base ist
Based on Glassdoor, my job title falls between $78K-$127K in my State and surrounding States. Based on my years of experience and knowledge, I am paid $30K less than I should be making.
Being paid for all the extra work I do and going above and beyond
Our team truly works as a team - we help each other out and win/loss we do it together
Even though we are remote it seems like we work in same office. We aren't a bunch of individuals working around the globe but team that seems to be working in an office next to each other.
They care about the customer and the experience. They always do the right thing promptly.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful
Super Friendly Work Team and "family"
I more inclusive team and also being held accountable to assist team members in gaining accurate knowledge to be able to do their jobs successfully
2024 and 2025 are very different from each other. 2024 was much more of a positive culture - has change dramatically in 2025
We work as a team
We help each other succeed.
Inclusive environment and easily adaptable
Love that CEO Gives us all regular updates

The analysis of an issue and fixing it or finding a solution. My greatest reward is how I feel after solving an issue.
Working with my team and solving problems.
I enjoy what I do every day and interacting with my team and our customers.
Peer to Peer Interaction with super nice people
Being able to assist our customers, external and internal, makes me happy.
Not enough resources to do our jobs well...too much focus on a "platform" and not enough on sustaining and growing the products our customers have today. Our customers are seeing it more and more.
Quit laying off all the people with knowledge of products and replacing them with pennies on the dollar contractors who have no idea what they're doing.
Products are not properly developed and more issues are released than fixes. Better balance between Sales and any other department in the company. Does ELT do what it takes to avoid layoffs?
Some days are a bit slower than I'd like
I am concerned about how some of our customers perceive symplr following their acquisition of other companies.
