I am happy with my health insurance
Food Coupons and claims , but the food pulse( Sodexo) amount is very low for the month. Which needs to be revised.
Speak of Compensation office policy reg the WFH is good, Allowing the basic access on Working tools is great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid correctly for the position I hold as well as give me staff to get the work done properly.

Some more Perks missing and not added
Because of the current market inflation and at least shift allowance with salary feels good.
My work extends well past my job description, but my pay raises have not kept up with inflation. Meanwhile, the poorest performing member of our team, who has no seniority over me, was given a significant raise, making them the highest paid member of the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all step up and get what needs done together.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Group meetings routinely get sidetracked by extended personal stories or 1:1 discussions between a coworker and our manager. This makes it difficult to stay on track and cover work topics in a reasonable time. It would be helpful if discussions stayed more focused. Happy to chat at other times.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Currently, my team is the most positive part of the company.
