What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every Sysdigger I've met is genuinely awesome. I literally have not met a single person at Sysdig that I've disliked in the past year and I've worked with hundreds of people across multiple departments ?

In addition to intelligence and expertise, "culture-fit" appears to rank highly on the list of what's important to hiring managers. For this reason, employees at Sysdig are fantastic people to work with. The emphasis on wellness and avoiding burnout is another a great aspect of Sysdig's culture.

Similar to previous response, our culture is open, with good communication, and an acknowledgement that we want to work hard but also have fun and not be so overworked as to foster bad feelings. People are willing to pitch in and help where necessary.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewers were really down to earth and each interview felt more like a friendly conversation than an interview. No trick questions, so as long as you had an adequate amount of experience in that field, they were really seeking a culture fit more than anything.

What makes you most happy at work?
The breadth of project-types and contribution opportunities. The startup status also means there is less red-tape to work around than a more established company, and leadership is always enthusiastic about trying out new ideas.
