Everyones strengths and weaknesses are readily apparent and easy to work in a positive manner. Sales staff is non commision so little to no competitivness.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very good at keeping all levels of staff from management to store associates informed and trained. Encourages new technology to best serve the customer experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Talbots continues to hire new from outside and pay dollars more an hour and not compensate employees that have signifigant tenure in same position. There is a misguided belief that tenured employeez will not be made aware of these differences in pay.
