Some managers demoralize their subordinates. I was subjected to a co-manager's demeaning behavior.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Giving directions without being condescending or demeaning.

The manager was very personable and asked questions about myself.

My coworkers are friendly and very helpful but the comanager was disrespectful.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The comanager needs to change her delivery and attitude towards her subordinates.
What makes you most happy at work?
When im helping customers and interacting with them. I also try to connect with my coworkers but when management sees us talking we get reprimanded. Its not like we are not working when we chat.
