I worked at Talbots for eight years. I got a 25 cent raise in eight years. I watched as other unqualified people were hired and started at a higher salary as I trained them. I left Talbots because they never appreciated my work. If you want a real job don't work for them.

Great teamwork and nice people. Too bad Talbots doesn't reward for work well done.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Talbots does not pay sales associates enough. They are not even slightly competitive with other retail. They will lose competent workers.
