Talbots – I closed my Talbots account yesterday. Talbots went into business with a bank that is unethical. I noticed a charge of $11.50 interest on a balance that had been paid in full. Why would I use a card that charges me on interest before they send me an invoice. I can use my AMEX and pay nothing.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I see that I am just being used as a part. They have no future plan for me, and when I request a raise I will be ignored, and if I push the issue, replaced. Recent history would show this is their business model.
