I think the district manager is a decent human being and cares about her manager's!
What did you like most about the interview process?
It moved along well and I was informed along each step of the way without sitting at home waiting and wondering!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a mere tea holder at a store in Ohio but I am expected to execute management duties daily and I receive very low pay in comparison to the assistant manager who brags about her pay rate openly and often!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The sales associates are great!it is upper management who have unclear ideas and the inability to control some interpersonal situations that get out of handat work period I am of the firm belief you leave your problems outside the workplace but everybody has their nose in everybody's Business
