I like working at Talbots. It is fun working with customers. The greeting is awkward at times, especially when the store is busy, and you find yourself constantly repeating the sales pitch. It becomes redundant and uncomfortable.

I felt very comfortable. It was a good interview.

The key holders and the assistant manager are supportive and flexible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is involved with employees and appears to care about them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am part-time, and I am well educated. I would like my salary to reflect on my achievements.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like to work with customers. I want to assist them with their style choices, and I like to establish a connection with them that will allow them to have a pleasant shopping experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have only worked for Talbots for a short time and am not familiar with executive leadership. I am on this website to learn more about it. I am a student with a disability and fit the age discrimination factor, so I am doing some investigative work. I cannot judge leadership at this time.
