Should not determine one's value only by one interview, because the interview is filled with subjectivity from both interviewer and interviewee or even cheating in an interview, the evaluation must adjust in time by the performance on recent work, or else it may be not benefited for the longtime.

Too much work for one person; essentially doing two jobs; decisions from the Product side are not well thought out; pace is unreasonably fast, I call it "unecessary choas"; Product needs to focus on foundational improvements vs bells and whistles; product marketing needs more people and less product

If the company adapts to the market regarding the benefits and compensation, the workers will only need to be focus on their job, if not, they will always looking for other companies, market news etc

Talkdesk works its people very hard - it's a high pressure environment and people get burned out very quickly. There's high turnover. It could be improved if the company focused its culture less around singing competitions and more around healthy company norms and employee support.
