The environment of the company, the dress code and teammates

when i am left to work and not engage in meaningless conversation and activities. HR and management has to only follow policies and orders from above, regardless of what an employee thinks and feel.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We have NO insight and are incapable of getting initiative

Company should be pay it's employees compare to the market value, identify the real talented resource

Everything needs to be changed and evaluated

Everything in my project in going wrong because of one person that is the project lead. To improve this, either the project lead has to change the attitude or the manager needs to be changed

well my team is all i can speak for, we change alot, the ones that stay dont get valued, treated correctly or grow. They hire a bunch of people who cant speak clearly, know nothing about the job and dont want to learn, coupled with a inexperienced manager who just brings team down
