If particular people aren't there for the day it is a great environment but management refuses to deal with the people causing problems. They are favored by management and know they can get away with anything.
The only good thing for me is working 3rd shift at the moment. I don't have higher ups breathing over my shoulder constantly, it's just a hair easier and slightly comfortable. And more family environment is most definitely needed.
