If management leads by example maybe staff will actually do more with some sense of urgency.

Some locations the staff is good but some are so lazy and they do the bare minimum
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management, most locations are poorly ran but management is underpaid in a lot of instances for being there 55 hours a week.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how they used to look for quality workers but now they take anyone... even someone who months earlier murdered her boyfriend. I dont think theyre paying for background checks anymore.
