I been with the company almost 3 years and I feel like they don't appreciate the employees. I'm always on time never called out until I felt like they didn't care but the ones who call out every week and always late get rewarded. I don't think its fair the way they treat some employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers don't care and they are showing favoritism.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better management and employees that works and treat all equal.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The managers made you feel great about working there but things changed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Come to work on time and don't call out every week. And actually work when your at work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I feel like they need to get better at everything. Especially how they treat employees that actually work and never late/callout.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I never felt appreciated for getting great compliments or anything but others get employee of the month for always being late or calling out. It would be nice to get employee of the month or something.
