My experience at Cheesecake Factory was overall positive with times of frustration but the employees I worked with at met made it enjoyable.

The team I am given.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Im unsure how to respond to this question due to the fact that I had forgotten we had a compensation package.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer kept the interaction relaxed and positive while making jokes. Also, the interviewer was honest about the amount of work needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care for their employees old and new and try their best to make the workplace enjoyable, but at times I would say they saw us as machines rather than human beings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is relaxed where you can joke around with the managers while other times the culture would feel like a factory. By that I mean the managers would be overly strict and have employees do unnecessary tasks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I would say, they're around my age, they make the job experience fun while also being both efficient and proactive. But there were a few team members who relied on everyone to do the :"heavy lifting" while they did the easy tasks.
