Because my peers get more money at other companies. Cheesecake doesn't pay much. The other side of the coin is that I absolutely love what I do and the company.

I feel proud who I represent. I feel valued as my skills and achievements and I am being told by my superiors. I feel appreciated and respected. And I love my job and the people I interact with. And the positive vibes our company has.
