To actually cook and not just disfrosting or reheating, we cook and have fun while we do. following recepies and plating beautifully makes me happy.

Staff meetings, 6 months reviews, shoutouts to the employee of the month with compensations or also to those that had achieve a goal that meet the espectations of the company,etc
