Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are charged so much money for insurance we work more than 8 hrs a day with no break. We dont make enough money for everything we do
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our team is somewhat efficient our kms are one of the worst part some of them dont even know what they are doing. We need km's that can work as hard as the employee's
