Most managers are really good about setting us up for success every shift, they listen to our concerns and always look to improve

I really enjoy talking with guests, seeing my regulars but also meeting new people and the satisfaction I get when delivering perfect service

Team mates for the most part always practice GYB, I know if I'm weeded or need something there's always a couple people I know I can turn to
