I could write a book about my experiences at this company. We were treated with respect and valued when I first started with this company. For the first few years, we were busy, always had a wait and we served quality guests. Excessive number of restaurants, no longer special.
Our ability to survive tough shifts.
We need a 401k opportunity to invest.
Managing guests, improving food quality and implimenting standards.
For the most part, the general public has a positive attitude toward this company.
The majority of my guests. I love interacting with them and making their dining experience great.
Need management support. Kitchen out of control. Food quality poor. Long ticket times. Employees abused by guests.
There is no 401k. This vompany makes millions in profits and refuses to acknowledge the people that make that possible.
Improve communication skills. Not allow employees to be abused by rude guests. Be more supportive. Be better at listening to their employees.
It was a long time ago and was a great experience then. It was personal. Now it is generated on line and goes from there.
