The days are long and intense, but you know your team will help you through them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There aren't many benefit and stock opportunities for hourly employees. I am a server, and it would be nice to have a chance to have these for us too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The pre shift meeting is always nice so we can all be in the same page with facts such as the sales from last year, menu changes, or any other important information
