I look forward to coming in to work everyday. From working with my team members, to see the guests smile, its all very fun and exciting to be around. Even during the busy days, I wouldn't trade it for anything.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how everyone is respectful to each other no matter what rank they hold.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team members, the managers, and the customers. Also the special events that the company hosts for the employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
I work in the bakery so I love see the guest's reactions when we decorate and put the cakes up.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Most of my coworkers all have families including myself, and they are really good about making sure you have opportunities to gain more hours if needed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It wasn't extremely formal. I felt like we had more of a discussion about our personal lives instead of interview questions. It was very welcoming from the beginning.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The general environment in the whole restaurant is always positive and uplifting. If someone in your team notices that your may be a little off, they try to help you out instead of talk about you which is really good.
