Probably the worst chain I've ever worked for. Everything is a show when the Regional Management team comes in. I come to work dreading certain managers & having to deal with their negativity & complete disregard for staff that are NOT favored. They are completely lax on treating everyone equal.

It was pretty basic, cant say anything stands out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They offer a wide variety of benefits, donate to numerous charities, a relief fund for employees experiencing life altering situations, & other events like employee appreciation week.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Well where to begin? I feel I'm doing the best and working great as a part of the Cheesecake team. Minimal team work occurs here. Managers absolutely DO NOT hold these particular employees responsible. We need people running drinks instead of standing at the well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is overworked & have lack of passion. They let us know how fed up they are to the point where asking them for assistance has become a burden. Bus boys are NOT team players whatsoever! Management needs to promote team work & hold staff responsible. Favorites are definitely played here!
