This company is not acting like the fortune 100 company we’ve all loved and enjoyed working for. A lot has changed in the last year. Not for the better. PTO/Vacation pay has been changed, benefiting the restaurant and not the Team Member. Lack of recognition for team member
What did you like most about the interview process?
Being interviewed by multiple Managers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Secret cameras on team members so you can believe what is really going on in our restaurant.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team work. Our veterans who have worked for the restaurant for 10+ years are really bad at it. They work only for themselves and it’s tolerated by management when mentioned. The standards for hiring team Members has dropped through Covid and it definitely show
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being consistent. There has been no PM staff alignment in at least 6months. 4 of our restaurant managers have left the company/our restaurant in just the last 3/4months. Tells you something about our General Manager. Lack of knowledge lays behind majority of these Manager swipe cards at the moment.
