Nothing much really it feels like I go there just to waste my time.

He gave me a time of 11 am for the interview and made me wait for an hour and 30 minutes before even acknowledging me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I got paid $20 for 4 hours of work today. And he kept telling me and other people different things. This happened 2 times in a row already.
