Aside from not being able to clock in for last 2 weeks and paycheck is very short not paid proper hoursmissing overtime and mgrs have no clue .other than this it's great

They're supportive when I feel discouraged or frustrated about my issues
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not do everything through computers some ppl aren't tech savvy or don't have knowledge
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just want to be fairly paid for the work I do like everyone rlse
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Ability to fix issues such as time clock etc.and keeping track of hours properly not deleting punches and taking away overtime
