Everyone hates the management, so it's easy to make friends.

Supporting staff, Supporting the store responding appropriately to employee concerns.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the appropriate staff. Only having to my job and not the job of 2, 3, 4 people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I could have said nothing and a got a job. There are no real requirements except that you want to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No one is compensated fairly or treated with respect. So it's easy to find common ground with other employees leading to a more positive work experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being compensated by value of work and attendance. Clear road map and guidelines on how to recieve a raise. Liability on management for making false promises.
