What did you like most about the interview process?aside from the first time I was hired - as a contractor - I've never had to interview for a job at Cigna. word kind of gets around about where you might want to go next, and I'm lucky enough to have a supporting manager(s) who helped propel me to new opportunities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The workload and demand is so high that salaried employees are stressed over taking time out of work to address a childcare or health issue because they won't get their work done. It makes you feel like you have no value. It's hard to compensate that.
