Show that work, loyalty, and accomplishment is valued. Not eliminating teams after important projects are completed.

Actually receiving feedback from the people involved in the work or platforms that decisions are being made on or around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay fair market for work done, not based on whether the work has long term investment potential. If it needs to be done today it should be paid today.
