As a Order Picker I found that the machine continued to make mistakes on my responses each day. This made me angry and frustrated as the problems got worse. The manager didn't allow me to retrain my words and only told me to get back to work. I disagreed knowing that I will be faced the same problem
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
nothing positive about it. But only free drinks.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
remove the bad culture of staff members and employers. They are only there to benefit themselves and not help overs.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
By introducing themselves to me and getting to know me instead of keeping to themselves. None of them are there to help unless you ask them for help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having the manager let me fix my problem and they just not only care about their breaks and leaving home and not really supporting any trainees. Also their voice machine needs to be updated for everyone and not just for western voices.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding individual problems and helping them fix it so they don't face the same problem each day. Managers also need to be more understanding and not see things in black and white. Not very culturally oriented. I mostly see white people work there.
