My manager that i am working for now is not a good team worker. He stresses the whole team out. He does not help when we need it. He is only concerned for his pay check and his bonuses and not others. He does not care about the storewls we work at and how we merchandise the product , not a team.

Everyone can count on eachother. But we arent able to help eachother when needed because of our manager

Knowing if i stay with the company i will be able to retire with ease knowing ill be able to survive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team all agrees our manager is not a good manager and needs to yake time off for his personal reasons that we believe are affecting his job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Knowing the work load and how it is to work from the bottom to be able to tell the bottom workers how to do their job in a minimal time. If you haven't done it then you dont know how it is and you stress the workers out.
