Great coworkers just bad management. Moral is bad.

Very disrespectful. Does not like or respect women.

Just a job, nobody wants to be there. We get treated bad.

We do more and get paid less than when i started 10 years ago.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Hopefully, i can a job that treats me better. That is the thought of coworkers also. We have had alot of experienced workers quit.
