The management needs to improve and hold everyone accountable not just certain people that do their job. We could work together more efficiently if they were held accountable!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
comunication is awful. Customers aren't treated fairly. Management avoids issues instead of dealing with issues. They overload the guys that actually do their job correctly and make excuses for the employees who don't.
