newer leaders that are not part of the "old boy" team.

need to stay on the same page of training, mainly in the field.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we are a mixed cultural environment, which is good but due to that the work ethics are culturally differant, therefore work performance suffers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we market/merchandise more product than PC and yet pay is much lower. Market Mgrs, receive cash awards on goals met while while others are made to work overtime and then questioned about it.
