
There are a lot of good guys and good people within the company and I believe that all of them have the best intentions and want the same goals of success
I believe that all the ASMs Understand the issues we are having but most if not all of the upper management Doesn't care due to numbers are trying to impress others There is a ton of favoritism and politics which don't relate to real world in the trade issues
I feel like they use the fact that we are paid salary to make us work Ridiculous hours never getting compensated for overtime or 12 to 15hr days due to hot pile or training and being down people i Definitely feel like they could find some other system for Compensating us for those long days
I believe that all of the salesman's and employees have been here for a while I do believe that the new hires are dragging us down I think that they could implement new systems for training not only guys who have been here for a long time on new techniques but also training new members to the team
