People at Swire are abused and over worked in order for higher ups to get bonuses for hitting volume number! I went two months without a salesman and wasn’t Fairly compensated. They always say they hire from the inside but my asm pulled two people from Pepsi without even giving employees interviews!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I’m tired of my asm, he doesn’t take care of problems he just puts them off for moths at a time and ignores the problems his merchandisers tell him about. The soda industry is declining, pushing higher numbers isn’t realistic and punishing people for not hitting them is straight abusive to employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not making guys hit numbers, I have a 100+ cases of damage at my stores because DeVan Carter won’t let us send cases back, according to him the reason is that our area didn’t hit our number so he is punishing his own guys and the stores because he didn’t get his bonus!
