Leadership does not provide opportunities for advancement. Also merit increases do not align with cost of living increases.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Laying valuable people off. This is a pure cost cutting measure and those over 50 are impacted the most. Also it is not right that you layoff someone off and post their position.
