Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work 65 plus hours a week with no overtime pay so at some point in time it’s almost like working for free its early hours and late days and there no room for growth unless you know someone in the company
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It’s not a fun place to work at anymore the environment is split up there are people outside the company getting jobs that people who have been with the company longer deserve and be paid more for the excessive amount of work that’s being done
