What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonuses are quarterly and pretty nice on top of salary
What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers are fun and engaging. I enjoy being around them and wish we could be together more
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most direct managers are compassionate and understanding. There is a feel of unimportance to higher levels but nothing directly
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Depends on the level. Lower levels are extremely negative. My level and higher enjoy their job and are mostly positive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Used to involve a rollplay, which gave the ability to see if someone can act fast on their feet. Now it’s just questions and poor employees slip through because it’s too easy
