I do not like this company at all, they are so backwards and need to have a clearer focus.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not many things, they provide a cellphone and a great vacation plan.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No one helps each other. It is not a team mentality, people look out for their own needs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are not paid fairly, we are base salary not commission based. I also believe that they don't allow their sales team to run themselves. They heavily micromanage.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss is very determined, unfortunately he is fighting an uphill battle. Upper management is always behind, they never have clear focus on goals and ways to help us obtain them.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to trust their employees. Have long term goals. They shove these new products down the throats of their employees with no direction or way to market the new product. Maybe put out a 6 month plan of whats going to be coming up and how its better then compition
