Everything is wrong with this company only work here because I havnt found anywhere else to work yet

Everybody be held accountable for their mistakes instead of one person being blamed for things that were not even their fault
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating the employees with more respect considering the laborers are the reason they make money and to stop making everyone feel like they are unappreciated and they also need to get better with employee relations
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I guess the day rate is good but I think for the work that is done we still should get payed more as the work is very physical and exhausting it gets to the point where you dont even wanna go to work in the morning because you hate what you do for a living
