What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need to stop making me do there job train there people and start treating the people that have been there better then the ones they are just hired

have managers train them stop making me do your job I have to do the sales teams job make the orders out so there right they need to work in a store before they order it so I have to teach them toooo do I see anything for all the extra work NO just another way to use people
