The unity is great also the innovation is at next level but the only problem is with execution.

They have best innovative ideas. These ideas are unique but the only problem in execution. Sometimes they are expecting way more than reality.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work that I am doing is way more than what i am getting paid for. I definitely deserve a raise in my payment.
